■Summary
This is a tube pump that pumps liquid using the peristaltic motion created by fingers that move back and forth between two tubes. *Peristalsis: Movement that produces propagating contraction waves. The movements of the digestive system as it passes food.
■Features
・Creates highly accurate flow with little pulsation. Since the tube is installed while being pulled straight, there is no change in the tube position and fluctuations in flow rate are suppressed. In addition, since the liquid is sent out from two tubes with a 180 degree phase difference, pulsation can be suppressed.
- Reduces tube wear. Compared to conventional tube pumps that pump out liquid by squeezing the tube, tube dispensers simply push the tube, reducing wear and tear on the tube compared to squeeze-type tube pumps.
・Can be used as a dispenser. The flow rate is approximately proportional to the rotational speed of the drive motor.
