Just by receiving a ning, you can start checking air leaks by regular regular maintenance work. You can also check even during the peak time of operation.
In the II900 series sound images, engineers can visualize the sound while scanning hoses, joints, and connections to see if there is any leak. The built -in ultra -small and high -quality microphone sound array generates a decibel -level spectrum for each frequency.
Based on this output, the algorithm calculates the sound image called Soundmaptm and can be overlapped on a visual image. SoundMap is automatically adjusted according to the selected frequency level, removing background noise and detecting compressed gas leaks very easily.
Eventually, it is a better way to detect compressed air, gas, steam, and vacuum leakage. In addition, the II910 has improved the sensitivity of detecting a smaller or farther leakage.
