■ Features of air balancer
Jinmerman's air balancer is a lift that lifts the work tools and the work at the time of assembling instead of the whistle. The air consumption per cycle is 1/50 of the airhoist, which is very economical. Pre -lubrication design does not require the airline lubrication and oil mist discharge, making it ideal for clean manufacturing environments such as food processing.
The patented safety retract system "Z brake" is standard equipment for all units. Sudden retract is prevented in the case of sudden liberation or disappearance of the load. In addition, by selecting the optional "Z -stop", the drop distance of the suspended load is stopped 152 mm (6 inches) when the air is stopped, and damage to the object below the load is prevented.
