About This Product
Poremaster's simple liquid mercury -in -pressure system, high -pressure port automatic air vent, easy -to -use software improved operability. Cold traps provide efficient vacuum exhaust, reducing valuable measurement time.
■ Design that can be easily installed on the lab and maintains safety
・ If the liquid mercury may leak during the measurement, the Poremaster cabinet works as a sealed container. By placing the device on the tray, the safety of the lab representative is further protected and can be easily cleaned as needed.
・ Unlike flooring models, the desktop model can be installed in the draft chamber and can handle steam mercury. If there is no space in the draft chamber, you can attach the device in the bench space next to the draft chamber by attaching the ventilation kit.
・ Ventilation kit exhaust is sent to the draft chamber. In each case, the operator does not directly smoke the exhausted air, and the worker's safety is ensured through draft chamber exhaust.
■ Fill the sample cell with mercury and complete the low pressure measurement in just 20 minutes.
Just filling the cold trap with liquid nitrogen before the measurement improves the exhaust efficiency of the vacuum pump and the exhaust time of the first sample cell. What this processing speed means is that even if measurement is required, all models of Poremaster can process at least 12 samples per day.
■ The smart pressure routine gives a pressure equilibrium without long waiting time.
Poremaster avoids problems such as data that does not become pressure equilibrium and lack of measurement resolution. The unique AutoSpeed function makes pressurization at the fastest until the pressure is detected, then drops the speed, continuously acquiring equilibrium data, and reduces the analysis time.
■ Efficient work by simple operation
From the simple pressure of liquid mercury to the automatic air purage of the high -pressure hydraulic station, the Poremaster design takes into account the convenience of workers. In addition, you can create a blank cell file for all sample cells, but this device is unnecessary when using a standard sample cell configuration.
