About This Product

■ Features

・ Because it is a weak alkaline type, it is not corrosive (excluding aluminum).

■ How to use
・ Make sure that MGR-58 is not separated. If it is separated, shake the container well before using it.
・ After printing, apply MGR-58 to two or three horizontal lines on the inkirora. (The appropriate application amount varies depending on the machine, so when using it for the first time, apply it little by little and check the appropriate amount.)
・ Fill the machine 2-5 minutes (standard 3 minutes).
・ Then perform the normal cleaning work. (The cleaning agent can be a general wash oil, but it is more effective to use an emulsion cleaning agent.)
* Once the ink on the roller is washed, the use of the MGR-58 will be more effective.

■ Notes
・ Please note that if you apply it in large amounts, it will cause a laurel lip or the liquid will scatter. In addition, a large amount of washing oil is required and it takes time to wash.
・ When the liquid adheres to the plate surface, the painting line is melted, so please do not adhere to the plate surface. In the unlikely event that the liquid adheres to the surface, wipe it off with a sponge that contains water immediately.
・ Because it is weak alkaline, use protective equipment (protective gloves and protective glasses) for handling.
-Papard empty containers and remaining liquids as special industrial waste.
