About This Product
This is a chuck used by attaching it to a table of the Ichele, a machineing center, and a 5 -axis processor table. Lightweight and thin, so it is less impact on the maximum load and height of the machine. Because there is a cover on the top, it is difficult to put the cut powder inside.

The TM series is designed to be lighter than the standard chuck.
■ Make the most of the maximum loading weight and height in the cabin
It is the perfect chuck for drilling and milling of flange at a standing / horizontal machining center. Since the body is lightweight and thin, a larger and taller processing can be processed. It has been developed so that you can use it as much as Z stroke limit and maximum loading weight limit.
■ To improve productivity on standing lathes
If you replace the TM series thin chuck instead of standard nail claws, you can eliminate the time -consuming core. Because the cut powder prevention cover is standard, it is ideal for use on a standing lathe.
■ Ideal for use with a 5 -axis processing machine
The TM series is designed to obtain sufficient strength by attaching it to a table or Ichel, so it is thinner and lighter than a general scroll chuck. The characteristics of this thin and lightweight are effective for use on a 5 -axis processor with restrictions on the dimensions and mass on board.
■ TM300 and 400 secure large -scale holes
The TM300 and 400 can use a penetration hole by removing the center cover in the center of the chuck and the cover of the tip of the claw. (Pen through hole diameter is TM300… φ125, TM400… φ180) This is the perfect chuck that is most suitable for use at a rotary table. In addition, 6 -nail specifications are also standard for holding pipes.
