About This Product
This is a chuck used by attaching it to a table of the Ichele, a machineing center, and a 5 -axis processor table. Lightweight and thin, so it is less impact on the maximum load and height of the machine. Because there is a cover on the top, it is difficult to put the cut powder inside.
■ Make the most of the maximum loading weight and height in the cabin
It is the perfect chuck for drilling and milling of flange at a standing / horizontal machining center. Since the body is lightweight and thin, a larger and taller processing can be processed. It has been developed so that you can use it as much as Z stroke limit and maximum loading weight limit.
■ Ideal for use with a 5 -axis processing machine
The TI series is designed to gain sufficient strength by attaching it to a table or Ichel, so it is thinner and lighter than a typical independent chuck. The characteristics of this thin and lightweight are effective for use on a 5 -axis processor with restrictions on the dimensions and mass on board.
