About This Product
Vivotek VS8100-V2 is a small H.264 1-CH video server that makes it easier to transition from analog monitoring systems to digital monitoring systems. Due to the power sharing with CCTV and small designs, it is ideal for installation and monitoring use at the front end where power supply and IP network connections have already been established, such as home, office, stalls, banks, and city monitoring.
The VS8100-V2 supports various types of analog cameras, such as PTZ cameras, by bread/tilt/zoom control by built-in RS-485 port. The high -performance H.264 compression format greatly reduces the file size and saves valuable bandwidth and storage space. At the same time, multiple streams can be supported, video streams can be sent in either H.264 or MJPEG format, and supports various scenes.
The stream can set the frame rate, resolution, and image quality individually according to the restrictions on platforms and bandwidth. Combined with Vivotek's Smart Stream II technology, VS8100-V2 can reduce bandwidth and storage consumption by up to 50%.
