About This Product
■520R pump head
-The 520R pump head has two spring-loaded rollers and a transparent cover so you can easily see the pump's movement. The pump head accepts 8 sizes of continuous tubing (up to 9.6mm ID) and requires no adjustment. Available in 1.6 mm and 2.4 mm wall thickness tubing versions for high pressure or high viscosity applications.
-520RE LoadSure ® element pump head guarantees complete tube loading and 1 minute maintenance, pressures up to 7bar (depending on drive selection).
・REL - LoadSure® element (for 0MPa to 0.2MPa operation)
・REM - LoadSure® element (for 0.2MPa to 0.4MPa operation)
・REH - LoadSure® element (for 0.4MPa to 0.7MPa operation)
■505L pump head
The "double Y" twin tube design provides virtually pulse-free flow. Flow rate is 4,375ml/min. 505LX expansion pump head can be used to increase flow rate or channels. For a 2-channel setup, use an additional 505LTC tube clamp set.
