■500 series high flow pump
The 500 series pumps consist of various pump heads made of chemically resistant materials. A wide range of powerful AC, DC and brushless DC drives offer power and control options for flow rates up to 3,500mL/min. Tube replacement is a routine maintenance task.
■Pump head
-The 520R/R2 pump head has two spring-loaded rollers and a transparent cover that allows you to easily see the pump's movement. Pump head accepts 8 different sizes of continuous tubing (up to 9.6mm internal diameter). 520R for 1.6mm wall thickness tubing and 520R2 for 2.4mm wall thickness tubing for low pressure or high viscosity.
-520RE LoadSure® element pump head guarantees perfect tubing, 1-minute maintenance, and maximum pressures of 0.7 bar (depending on drive selection).
・520REL - LoadSure® element (for 0-0.2MPa operation)
・520REM - LoadSure® element (for 0 to 0.4 MPa operation)
・520REH - LoadSure® element (for 0 to 0.7MPa operation)

・520DriveSure: DC12V to 48V integrated BLDC motor with industrial Ethernet and analog control options, sealed mounting plate and PC software (WM Connect). Maximum flow rate 3,500mL/min
・520VBM: 24V brushless DC drive (2 maximum speeds, maximum flow rate 2,850mL/min)
・520FAM: 50Hz or 60Hz single-phase induction motor drive (5 maximum speeds, maximum flow rate 2,170mL/min)
・520FDM: 12V and 24V DC drive (4 maximum speeds, maximum flow rate 3,450mL/min)
