A simple dry cleaning machine with just a cyclone brush and dust suction.
■Equivalent ability to 5 adhesive rollers
Not only does the adhesive roller have the ability to remove contaminants on a flat surface, but the brush also has excellent removal ability in the grooves after pattern circuit formation. In particular, the direct rate in the AOI process is improved. (Reduction of misinformation)

With the clean roller, the adhesive film quickly becomes full of chips and cleaning cannot keep up, so I replaced it with VSC.
■Interleaf paper cleaning
・Since the same effect as water cleaning was obtained, switching from water cleaning to VSC → Cleaning can be performed at any time.

■After laser stamping

General VSC scrapes out and removes dust from concave areas that are difficult to clean with L/S of 75μm or less.
