Send "hoop molding" hoop materials such as connectors and semiconductors that are molded with a vertical molding machine, or insert molds.
■ Use
・ Hoop feed uses a high -performance servo motor and has a very high operation accuracy.
・ Ultra -thin hoop material (0.03 mm our performance) can be sent without deforming.
・ The hoop material can be inserted into a mold guide pin for sure.
・ Even if the product changes, the sending amount can be set.
・ The molding machine Ejector protruding and the rise in hoop feeders are completely synchronized (limited to molding machines with linked pins).
・ All-in-one controller: Hoop feeder, runner removal, conveyor emission is intensive with Stec-510 controller.
