■ Use
Insert a label with a rich printed label into the mold on the side of the beverage cup and dessert cup, etc., and paste the label to the cup at the same time as the molding. This is a device that performs product discharge stock from label supply.
■ Processing capacity
Compatible with 4 round cups for drinking cups and dessert cups, the molding cycle is 4 seconds (including label supply).
■ How to form a label in a cylindrical shape (PAT.P)
As a method of forming a label that follows high cycle molding, it is performed by a proprietary method using the elasticity of the label itself (the force to return to a stable shape).
■ Label magazine unit
The label to be cut out is one after another, so you can replenish it as needed when the remaining label in the magazine is reduced. This has made the timing of label supply work visiting at a certain period has become more flexible. In addition, the loss time such as replacing the magazine will be lost. In addition, there is no need to adjust the number of labels for each cab.
■ How to paste the label to the mold
The charging method is the standard. Since static electricity suction power is attached to the mold, the entire surface of the label is in close contact with the mold, making it less likely that the resin will spin on the surface of the product during molding. In addition, it is no longer necessary to work such as slits (grooves) that suck the label in the mold.
■ Basic operation of IML system
・ Label cutout supply
Cut the labels piled up in the magazine unit one by one, set the label in the pre -form unit, and form the label in a cylindrical form that matches the product shape.
・ Insert removal
Receive a label formed in a cylindrical unit from the pre -form unit and insert it into a mold. At the same time, take out molded products from the mold.
・ Label appliances
Charge the label to paste the label on the mold. The charged label is firmly adhered to the mold by the static electricity suction power.
・ Product stock
Receive the product taken out of the mold from the chuck, and the specified number of products is applied to discharge. Products are distinguished by mold cavi and stock.
