■ Transport robot (CTU)
Hikrobot is focusing on robot technology and provides cutting -edge robot products and solutions to customers around the world. The company started the development of an intelligent warehouse robot system in 2015. As a product specializing in transport robots, we have released series such as dive -type transport robots, conveyor type/heavy goods transport robots, forklift type robots, and carton transport robots.
These products are widely used, including the 3C industry, the automotive industry, other manufacturing industries, E -commerce, 3PL, food, and pharmaceuticals. Hikrobot's intelligent robot solution supports transportation, rationalization of picking processes, cost reduction and improvement activities.
■ Software
The core of Hikrobot's software platform architecture is RWMS1000 (intelligent warehouse management system) and RCS2000 (robot control system), and RWMS1000 will be seamlessly binding to higher -level systems to achieve intelligent warehouse management at high efficiency and low cost. You can build a map model using the RCS2000 and control various robots.
The two systems are seamlessly connected to various transport scenarios in cooperation with the upper system.
■ Warehouse management RWMS1000
RWMS, which is a core concept of goods-to-person (a robot carrying a product shelf), can schedule the task of the transport robot via RCS and link it with the ERP/MES/OMS system, so that it is warehouse logistics. We provide integrated solutions.
■ Robot management RCS2000
RCS is responsible for task scheduling, robot control, and operation and maintenance. Based on the scheduling algorithm, we realize the optimal task distribution, multiple robot routes, and traffic management. By working with a wide variety of robots, it is possible to maximize efficiency in various scenarios.
■ Forklift type transport robot
A robot that stores and transports single/multiple cartons. CTU, which uses a narrow passage freely, can improve storage density, storage capacity, and docking efficiency by realizing storage in high places that cannot be reached by people.
