About This Product
■JIS C 8374 earth leakage relay (earth leakage relay) standard compliant product
This product is a relay that cuts off the electrical circuit or issues an alarm in the event of an electrical leakage accident in the low-voltage electrical circuit.
■Features
・The inside of the relay has a plug-in structure.
- Highly noise resistant, with the ability to be unaffected by radio waves, surges, etc.
- Stable operation under changes in voltage, frequency, temperature, etc.
・It is a harmonic countermeasure product.
-The case has been changed to a resin case. The mounting hole dimensions are the same as the old model (LEG-170L/173L series).
・Select the zero-phase current transformer (ZCT) from the M30, SM41 to SM240, BM30 to BM106, DM55B to DM100M, as well as the ZC series with temporary conductor. Compatible. However, LEG-193L and DM55B are not compatible, so they will be shipped in combination with the same serial number.
・This is an environmentally friendly product (compliant with the European RoHS Directive).
■Operation
If a leakage occurs in the load side circuit after the zero-phase current transformer is installed, an electromotive force will be generated at the secondary terminal of the zero-phase current transformer. This secondary output is distributed to independent circuits for light leakage and heavy leakage. After adjusting the sensitivity of each, it is amplified by an amplifier circuit, the level is judged by a level detection circuit, and the switching circuit displays the operation display and output contact. Let it work. At this time, since the light leakage is an automatic recovery method, it will recover once the leakage is resolved.
If heavy earth leakage is set to auto-reset, only the output contact will return when the earth leakage is resolved. When set to manual recovery, the operation indicator and output contacts will not recover until the test/reset switch is turned to the recovery side even if the leakage is eliminated. Please note that the operation display cannot be reset if the control power is turned off.
