■JIS C 8374 earth leakage relay (earth leakage relay) standard compliant product
This product is a relay that cuts off the electrical circuit or issues an alarm in the event of an electrical leakage accident in the low-voltage electrical circuit.
■Features
・The inside of the relay has a plug-in structure.
- Highly noise resistant, with the ability to be unaffected by radio waves, surges, etc.
- Stable operation under changes in voltage, frequency, temperature, etc.
・It is a harmonic countermeasure product.
-The case has been changed to a resin case. The mounting hole dimensions are the same as the old model (LEG-170L/173L series).
・Select the zero-phase current transformer (ZCT) from the M30, SM41 to SM240, BM30 to BM106, DM55B to DM100M, as well as the ZC series with temporary conductor. Compatible. However, LEG-193L and DM55B are not compatible, so they will be shipped in combination with the same serial number.
・This is an environmentally friendly product (compliant with the European RoHS Directive).
■Operation
If a leakage occurs in the load side circuit after the zero-phase current transformer is installed, an electromotive force will be generated at the secondary terminal of the zero-phase current transformer. After adjusting the sensitivity of this secondary output, it is amplified by the amplifier circuit, its magnitude is determined by the level detection circuit, and then the operation indicator light is turned on by the switching circuit, and the output contact is operated at the same time.
After operation, if automatic return is set, the operation indicator light will turn off when the leakage is eliminated, and the output contact will return to normal at the same time. When set to manual reset, the operation indicator light will not go out and the output contact will not reset until the test/reset switch is pushed down.
