■Product overview
Operated by the magnetic field of a permanent magnet or electromagnet, these small, versatile digital Hall effect devices are designed to respond alternately to north and south poles. An integrated regulator provides stable operation with a supply voltage range of 4.5 Vdc to 24 Vdc. Internal circuitry is also designed to prevent damage to the sensor if the polarity of the supply voltage is accidentally reversed.
Open collector sink output voltage can easily interface with various electronic circuits. SS41 has been tested at both 25°C [77°F] and 125°C [257°F].
■For design flexibility, these products are available in the following flat TO-92 packaging styles.
・SS41: Straight standard lead wire, bulk pack
・SS41-L: Straight long lead wire, bulk pack
・SS41-T2: Molded lead wire, Ammopack tape (boxed)
・SS41-T3: Straight lead wire, Ammopack tape (boxed)
・SS41-S: Surface mount, bulk pack
・SS41-SP: Surface mounting, pocket tape & reel
