■Product overview
The SS41F6 sensor IC is a multipurpose digital Hall effect device designed to operate with permanent magnetic, electromagnetic magnetic fields and respond alternately to north and south poles. A built-in regulator provides stable operation with a supply voltage range of 4.5 Vdc to 60 Vdc. Internal circuitry is also designed to prevent damage to the sensor if the polarity of the supply voltage is accidentally reversed.
Output short protection is activated when the output load current exceeds the rated load current. Open collector sink output voltage can easily interface with various electronic circuits. These products are available in flat TO-92-style packaging with straight leads in bulk packaging.
