SS360NT and SS360ST, SS360ST-10K, SS460S, SS460S-T2, SS460S-T3, SS460S-LP High Sensitivity Latching Digital Hall Effect Sensor ICs are small, highly sensitive, multipurpose devices that are operated by magnetic fields from permanent magnets or electromagnets. . Designed to respond to polarity switching between north and south poles. SS360NT is turned on by the north pole, and SS360ST, SS460S, SS460S-T2, and SS460S-LP are turned on by the south pole.
These sensor ICs provide reliable switching points with high magnetic sensitivity, typically 30 G (up to 55 G). These do not use the chopper stabilization method for the Hall element. This results in a cleaner output signal and faster latch response time compared to competing high-sensitivity Hall-effect latch sensor ICs that use chopper stabilization techniques.
These products feature reverse polarity protection, stable output over a -40C° to 150C° temperature range, and are compatible with any DC supply voltage from 3 Vdc to 24 Vdc.
