About This Product
■Summary
The ES-226 converts ASCII serial real time code (RS-232C or RS-485) to IRIG (B or E) and ESE (TC90) time code. ASCII input is ESE series real time code ASCII (Format 0, 1 or 8), NMEA output is IRIG-B or IRIG-E time code, AM or TTL level can be selected by internal switch. ESE time code output can drive up to 100 ESE clocks. Compatible with IRIG- B120, B000, E110, E000.
Function/Features
■Converts ASCII serial real time code data to IRIG-B or IRIG-E and ESE time code
■Supported ASCII serial real time code, RS-232C or RS-485 level
・For ESE Format `0` input, set the year information using the Samir switch on the rear panel.
・ESE Format ‘1’ Includes year information and ignores Samir switch data
・ESE Format ‘8’
・NMEA-0183 GPRMC/GPZDA) GPS information serial data
■If the input ASCII data is not synced to UTC (standard time) (read sync status) IRIG output can be stopped. Lock and Time Sync indicators for input timecode. IRIG-B or E output can select AM or TTL mode.
■Options

・P: Rack mount type EIA 19″ 1U
・/P2: Two units of P2 option are installed in 1U.
