■Summary
Infinity Intercom is based on IP technology and has no central matrix. Simply connect your device and management PC to the LiveWire+ network. The smallest system can be configured with two belt packs and an AoIP-enabled switch. Basic settings are made on the PC, but once the settings are made, there is no need to run the PC all the time.
Additional equipment is connected to the switch, such as the INF-BP2 belt pack and INF-MP16 master panel terminal. Since there is no central matrix, there are no restrictions on connected terminals due to hardware. To add connections, simply add more ports on the switch. You can build an intercom system at a relatively low cost, and there is no waste when expanding.
■INF-LINK Codec Software
Telos Infinity Link is a form of software license that can be added to a host Infinity panel or Beltpack hardware. By incorporating this software into the unit, it is possible to connect to remote Infinity intercom systems. INF-MP16, INF-DS16 are available with Link4 or Link8 options, offering 4 or 8 bidirectional codecs, respectively.
Infinity Link for Beltpack adds two bidirectional codecs via the Link2 option. When you connect a unit incorporating this software, Livewire +AES67 streams from remote locations appear as sources and destinations within the Telos Infinity dashboard software, acting like local network audio sources, providing ultimate flexibility.
