About This Product
■ Overview
"Fcell" is an independent bridge low bubble polypropylene sheet based on the extruding gas foam technology of Furukawa Electric Industries. It is mainly used for stationery files, BOX, and bonuses and partitions, mainly because of the smooth and soft touch surface, lightweight, various printing, ultrasonic fusion, and rivet stops.
It is a hygienic, harmless, environmentally friendly material for carbon dioxide foaming. In addition, it is possible to recycle because it is almost 100 % polypropylene's non -connected bridge foam. Fren has a conductive grade (D grade) that shuts out the disability due to static electricity, and an E -grade (E grade) that enhances the antistatic effect than the general grade.
■ Lightweight and strong
It is lightweight and cushioning, and has rigidity, has excellent heat resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and various other mechanical characteristics.
■ Beautiful appearance and excellent printing
With its own foam technology, it is excellent in surface smoothness by realizing fine bubbles, and screens, gravure, offset printing is possible. It has a unique soft, warm feel and texture (Corona processing is applied except for the conductive grade).
■ Excellent processing properties
Outstanding, Thomson processing, ruled line processing, adhesive processing, sticking, foil stamping, adhesive, ultrasonic mounting, heat fusion, rivets, etc. are excellent.
■ Excellent economy
You can select the foaming ratio (2 to 4 times) suitable for applications, and you can recycle in the same way as ordinary polypropylene (PP plastic).
■ Burgical prevention
It is a material that is hard to absorb dust for a long period of time due to an antistatic treatment. In addition, we also have products that have more characteristics for environments that dislike static electricity, such as antistatic and conductive grades.
■ Hygienic and harmless
The foam foam is used for carbon dioxide (CO2), which is an inert gas, and does not use combustible gas, fronggas and chemical decomposition foaming agents.
■ Examples of use
Passing boxes and partitions in situations where dust dislikes, electronic parts packaging materials, partitions, IC trays, conductive flooring materials, etc.
