About This Product
■ Introduction case
Pouch -type battery cells, motor coil coils, resin caps, resin bottles, resin packages (food and cosmetics), etc.
■ Measurement principle
・ Measure the current flowing between the earth plate installed on the other side with the discharge probe (patent acquisition) and the work.
-The percentage of the reference voltage and the measured voltage (reflected in the discharge current) is measured and pass / fail.
・ In the case of passing (Fig. 1): If there is no pin hole or vulnerable part, the measurement voltage and the reference voltage are almost equal, so the high measurement result (%) is displayed. It exceeds the pass / fail criteria and is determined to pass the inspection.
・ In the case of a failure judgment (Fig. 2): The measured voltage is significantly lower than the reference voltage, so the low measurement result (%) is displayed. It is declined below the pass / fail criteria and is judged to fail.
