About This Product
Glass wool for blowing into ceilings, roofs, floors, and walls. For ceilings: Low density possible (thermal conductivity 0.052 [W/ (m・K) ] at density 10 kg/m3 or more). For roofs, floors, and walls: Demonstrates high insulation performance with low density (thermal conductivity 0.038 [W/ (m・K) ] at density 22 kg/m3 or higher)
■Main features
・Since glass wool is injected, there are no seams and gap-free construction is possible.
・Does not use binders (binding agents) or raw materials containing formaldehyde
・For ceiling use, it is even lighter than conventional mag blowers (1.0 kg load when blowing at a thickness of 100 mm per 1 m2)
・For ceilings, the density is 10 kg/m3 or more and the thermal conductivity is 0.052 [W/ (m・K) ]
・For roofs, floors, and walls, dry construction methods require no curing period, shortening the construction period. Construction can also be done in winter
・For roofs, floors, and walls, it can be installed without gaps on uneven areas such as the back of outlet boxes, piping areas, etc.
・For roofs, floors, and walls: Thermal conductivity is 0.038 [W/ (m・K) ] at a density of 22 kg/m3 or more, allowing for improved insulation performance with the same blowing thickness compared to conventional products.
■Construction method
Install 45 x 45 or 45 x 60 wood as horizontal bars at a pitch of 455 mm, and fill in additional insulation boards between the horizontal bars. A moisture-permeable waterproof sheet is placed over it, and a ventilation rim is installed.
■Notes
・Please install the moisture barrier layer on the indoor side without any gaps. For the moisture-proof layer, use a residential plastic moisture-proof film (defined in JIS A6930), or something with moisture-proof properties equivalent to or better than this, with an overlap margin of at least 30 mm in the underlying area, and gypsum board. Please sandwich it with etc.
・Please take appropriate ventilation measures during construction.
