About This Product
Blown-in glass wool insulation for ceilings. Since glass wool is blown into the construction, it is possible to construct the construction without any gaps. Insulation performance class 4 (areas 1 to 3 "ceiling") Conforms to specification standards
■Main features
・Glass wool insulation material for ceiling injection. Since glass wool is blown in using a special machine, there are no seams and the work can be completed without any gaps.
・Because no binder is used, there is no formaldehyde and no unpleasant odor.
・Even if you blow 100mm thick per 1m2, the load is only 1.8kg, so there is no burden on the ceiling.
・It has not only insulation performance but also sound absorption performance, and absorbs noise in a wide range of 250 to 4,000Hz that occurs daily.
・Thermal conductivity: 0.052 [W/ (m・k) ]
■Construction points
In general wooden houses, it is difficult to perform continuous construction with regular roll or bat types due to the need for hanging, etc., but since MAGBURO W is blown with glass wool, it can be constructed to a uniform thickness without any gaps. The ceiling accounts for approximately 20% of the heat loss in the entire house, so we recommend MagBlow W, which has excellent insulation performance, for ceiling insulation.
■Caution
・Please install the moisture barrier layer on the indoor side without any gaps. For the moisture-proof layer, use a residential plastic moisture-proof film (defined in JIS A6930), or something with moisture-proof properties equivalent to or better than this, with an overlap margin of at least 30 mm in the underlying area, and gypsum board. Please sandwich it with etc.
・When using downlights, please use the "S type recessed lighting fixture SB type"
・Ensure appropriate small roof ventilation during construction.
