■Excellent thermal recovery (PAT.P)
World's first high-density, world's first 500W heater and unique high-sensitivity sensor provide amazing heat recovery properties. This is a next-generation high-wattage soldering iron that can handle applications that are difficult to use with conventional soldering irons.
■Various functions support soldering (PAT.P)
Equipped with various functions such as intelligent sleep function, upper and lower temperature range alarm function, and soldering time alarm.
■Free power supply
Achieves input voltage of 100V-240V. It can be used with confidence even in sites where voltages are mixed.
■Function explanation/product specifications
Alarm settings for upper and lower temperature ranges. This function continues to sound a buzzer when the tip temperature falls outside the set temperature range. The alarm range can be set within 3℃-100℃ for both upper and lower limits.
■Soldering time alarm function (PAT.)
・When the soldering iron tip is applied to the target, the temperature of the soldering iron tip goes out of the DIF range and the soldering time (At) starts counting.
・The buzzer sounds when the soldering time has elapsed. (At this time, the display will flash twice.)
・The worker moves the iron away from the object.
■Intelligent sleep function (PAT.)
It has a built-in sleep function that automatically lowers the temperature of the iron tip when it is not used for a certain period of time and prevents the iron tip from dry-heating. You can also set the time and temperature when not in use. (Can be used in conjunction with the shutdown function)
■Sleep wake function (PAT.)
The sleep function can be canceled by applying heat fluctuations to the tip, such as by wiping it with cleaner, so you can return to work at any time from sleep mode. (Effective when sleep setting temperature is 100℃ or higher)
■Shutdown function
The power will automatically turn off if no work is done within the preset time. This function prevents you from forgetting to turn off the power.
■Key lock function (PAT.)
The key lock uses a PIN code, so no tools or cards are required.
■CAL function (PAT.)
If there is a difference between the tip thermometer and the displayed temperature, you can easily calibrate it by entering the correction value.
