About This Product
4mm diameter has been added to the low head drill screw. Although it is the easiest size to use among drill screws, it has not been realized due to strength issues.
"4mm diameter low head drill screw" solves that problem. Achieved the same applicable plate thickness as drill screws for pot heads and countersunk heads.
■Low head design of approximately 1.2mm
The head height is set low at 1.2mm. The protrusion is less than half of the standard dimension of the pot head, 2.8mm.
■Realizes 4mm diameter
If the head was made too low, the strength of the head would be reduced, and it could only be made with a minimum diameter of 5 mm or more.
■Easy to use size configuration
We have a lineup of drill screws with commonly used lengths. Available materials include iron and stainless steel.
■Drill screw with protrusion limited to 1.2mm
A typical pot head drill screw has a head height of about 2.8 mm. Compared to this, the "4mm diameter low head drill screw" is designed to be extremely low at 1.2mm.
It can be constructed with minimal protrusion even on mating parts where countersinks cannot be drilled. It is also suitable for fixing relatively soft materials such as aluminum composite boards because it can be held down with a surface.
