EHLS external halogen light source assemblies are designed to provide the ultimate flexibility in integrating sphere light sources. EHLS projects light onto an integrating sphere that can be equipped with an optical attenuator and filter holder in the beam path. Add a variable attenuator to change the light output or a filter to change the spectral distribution.
Each EHLS consists of a tungsten halogen lamp with a rhodium reflector mounted in a dichroic or lamp housing. Easily and securely attaches to Labsphere's 1" port frame. The lamp is placed outside the wall of the integrating sphere and projects a stable radiance into the sphere. Each light source consists of a tungsten halogen lamp, a lamp housing with an integrated reflector and diffuser, and 10 feet of cable.
