Carbon fiber filled nylon with high performance and excellent heat resistance.
■We can produce strong, high-performance lightweight parts that achieve heat resistance and high rigidity.
DuraForm PA CF is a 33% carbon fiber filled nylon 12. Reduces weight while increasing material hardness. This material has a high heat deflection temperature and is resistant to warping, making it ideal for high performance and high temperature applications. DuraFormPACF allows direct production of highly hard parts, eliminating the need for lengthy, multi-step manufacturing processes.
The strength and durability of DuraForm PA CF's long-term stability provides superior economy and eliminates the need for replacement parts. As a production-grade material, DuraForm PA CF can be used for functional prototypes or end-use parts.
