About This Product
E-Sart (formerly Helicate) creates a strong stainless steel screw by inserting it in soft materials, such as aluminum die-cast and plastic.
Ideal for places that require strong tightening, repeatedly used to require durability.

■ Shape: Standard insert
A spring -shaped coil (screw bush) with a diamond -shaped cross section, has the freedom. A strong screw bond is obtained because the lead error and angle error of the screws are absorbed, and the stress is distributed to the entire length of the E-Sart (former helicert) and the bolt.
1x (1D), 1.5 times (1.5D), and double (2D) length of the "call" diameter of the applied screw are stocked as standard products.
* Some of the 2.5 times (2.5D) and 3 times (3D) lengths are also in stock.
Please refer to the lower hole diameter for the drill for the lower hole.
