About This Product
Carton is used for agricultural product testing, and is used in rice polishing factories and powdered factories for grain receiving tests.
The conventional carton was excellent in heat and drug resistance, and it was made of thermosetting resin such as melamine resin. However, since the carton using this thermosetting resin is hard, if it is dropped, some of the chips may scatter. At the site of food, you must absolutely avoid accidents in which equipment debris is mixed as foreign substances.
The newly developed "Soft Carton" material is an elastomer (polypropylene+plasticizer) and has moderate elasticity and flexibility, so there is no damage due to impact such as falling. In addition, when transferring the sample from Carton to another container, it is possible to deform a part and make it easier to pour.
The material shows its excellent characteristics for anti -organic solvents and anti -electrostatic prevention, and there is no radiation of harmful substances specified by PRTR (environmental pollutant substance discharge registration system) for environmental safety. Raw material polypropylene, additives and pigments are safe because the ROHS command of the EU is used.
