About This Product
The "component analysis meter an-820" is an instrument that can measure the water, protein, and amylose in the water, protein, and amylose contained in brown rice, rice rice, unwashed rice, and sake rice brown rice. In addition, it is also possible to display the "quality evaluation value" of domestic brown rice and domestic rice polished rice.
The measurement method uses a transmitted type near -infrared division light. The light is applied to the sample, the transmitted light is set as an ingredient, and the transit light is set as a component. In a short time, multiple parts of the same sample are repeatedly measured, achieving accurate and highly reproducible measurement results.
It is also possible to output the measurement result with an optional printer or transfer to a PC. As a standard, the amount of domestic brown rice, domestic rice polished water, protein, and amylose calibration line data have been entered. The calibration line data of each ingredient of high water brown rice, unwashed rice, and sake rice brown rice is selected, and only necessary items can be added.
This is the optimal quality control measuring instrument for producers, rice factories, rice grain stores, etc., who present the taste of rice specifically and manage the taste of rice.
