About This Product
The SGS 4701 (Spindle Growth System) was developed for the purpose of using it at high -frequency spindles. In a milling device, the SGS sensor detects the expansion of the spindle due to the heat and centrifugal force so that the tools can be kept in a defined position.
Usually, measurements are performed on labyrinth ring, and the temperature of the sensor is detected and output in addition to the change in length. The measured value is sent to the CNC control and the position of the position is corrected.
