A float -type hydraulic press molding machine made to make powder molding.
◼︎ Characteristics
1. In powder molding, it is common to use the powder compression rate equally by tightening, but using a float type eliminates the need for both tightening. There is no need for cylinders on the press and down, so you can reduce the height of the machine and reduce costs.
2. Since the proportional valve is used, the setting of pressure and flow rate can be adjusted voluntarily with the touch panel.
* It is also possible to replace it with an inverter or servo with a customer specification.
