Equipped with 8 inputs and 8 outputs as standard, which allows for coordination with peripheral devices and facilitates inline configuration. Compatibility with PLC is also possible by adding a communication function.
■Improved temperature capture specifications/accuracy
It comes standard with 9 types of thermocouples and 4 types of temperature range radiation thermometers, allowing use in a wide temperature range. The thermocouple input has a 16-bit resolution, improving temperature capture accuracy. Radiation thermometers eliminate the need for traditional indicators. You can easily set and operate the radiation thermometer from the touch panel.
■Equipped with 2 automatic control modes (temperature control mode and output control mode)
In addition to conventional temperature control, automatic control is also equipped with output (%) control, and 10 programs and 15 steps of control are now possible. By using output control, stable heating with high reproducibility can be performed without being affected by samples that generate metal fumes or gases. (*Actually, it is necessary to check the correlation between temperature and output in advance and calculate the output. This device is equipped with a data sampling function, which can calculate the temperature and output current necessary to check the correlation. (can be easily measured)
■Equipped with automatic sensing function
By automating the matching adjustments required when changing coils or samples, and by running automatic sensing mode, it is now possible to set the optimal oscillation frequency with a single touch.
■Equipped with trend & data sampling function (*When using the data sampling function, the included dedicated software must be installed on the computer)
Trend display of output value and temperature data during heating, and data sampling function enables high-speed sampling of temperature and output value, and transfer of collected data to a PC. (File: CSV format)
