1. Since it is a side frame, it can be assembled with mechanical processing accuracy. (Parallel level is more accurate compared to the four pillars)
2. Proper product processing is possible.
3. Opening and closing of the mold is performed with a decomposition machine, so even women can easily operate.
4. The adoption of the linear encoder makes it easier to adjust the gas -removing position, low -speed, etc., which was troublesome, in the touch panel.
5. Since data can be stored such as molding time, number of gas removal times, etc., it is not necessary to re -adjusted when mold replacement is unnecessary, and a significant time can be reduced.
* The hydraulic unit can be selected for multi -level connection (2 to 5 units).
* Changes in stroke, open height, board surface dimensions, etc., setting storage devices, safety devices, etc. can be added.
