By using Cynapse, you can easily incorporate a deceleration in the digital world. Cynapse is incorporated into an existing installation space and can be connected via the IO-Link interface. As a result, you can access measured data and product information such as temperature, vibration, operation period, and acceleration.

■ Information can be obtained in real time

The smart deceleration machine with Cynapse will perform temperature measurement, overheat report, vibration detection, and count of operating time. Save and visualize all the events related to operation. By systematically, all data related to downtime prevention of the device can minimize the damage risk of the deceleration machine. Cynapse plays an important role in improving the optimal operating rate and productivity of the device.

■ Comprehensive situation understanding

･ Product identification: Data obtained from the digital nameplate identifies the deceleration machine. ･ Surveillance of the threshold: You can easily monitor the sensor value based on the preliminary threshold or individual threshold. You will be notified as soon as you exceed the threshold. ･ Data logger: Data can leave the foundation of the numerical history by collecting and preserving the data through the whole life cycle of the deceleration machine.

■ Unlimited connection

You can incorporate a deceleration machine with Cynapse and IO-Link interface directly into your system. Therefore, you can decide whether to save the generated data in the internal memory of Cynapse or integrate into a higher -level system such as PLC, gateway, IPC, cloud. By integrating data into a higher system, you can build a foundation for using smart services.

Cynapse generates an electronic "proof data" for specific performance, efficiency, transparency, and availability requirements. The smart deceleration machine identifies the parameters directly from the process and equipment status, and conveys the information to the high -level system. A decelerating machine with a Cynapse can exchange information with the application on the IIOT platform, and the integrated logic function allows you to perform advanced monitoring tasks independently.
