About This Product
This product is a laser device with a built-in set of compact SOA driver that can drive LD drive current up to 500mA. Can perform current drive and temperature control for 14-pin butterfly package SOA modules. The front panel is equipped with an LCD monitor, LD ON/OFF button, rotary encoder for setting each parameter, LD ON/OFF SW, and status LED.
The compact LD driver has an LD current of 0 to 500 mA (setting resolution of 1 mA/measurement resolution of 0.1 mA), TEC current of 0 to ±1.5 A (measurement resolution of 1 mA), and a temperature of 15 to 40°C (setting resolution of 0.1°C/measurement resolution of 0.001°C). correspondence. Upon request, APC drive is also possible using an external PD+APC compatible LD driver.
Additionally, it has LD, TEC current limit settings, PID gain, integral coefficient settings, and alarm functions.
