■Summary ・Compact integrated ACC/APC compatible LD driver, linear temperature controller, low noise - Compatible with most manufacturers' LD modules ・SOA (semiconductor optical amplifier) ​​is also supported (APC drive is also possible by connecting a monitor PD and optical coupler) ・Optical output power monitor display based on PD monitor current with built-in LD module ・External dimensions: only 100mm x 100mm ・With internal modulation function: (sine, rectangle, sawtooth), 1Hz to 1KHz, modulation depth: 5 to 90% ・External modulation function using bias tee method (optional) (Standard: ~10MHz@sine wave/~5MHz@square wave) ◼︎Features - Compatible with most manufacturers and LD types by replacing the included slave board. Current drive and temperature control for 14-pin butterfly package LD modules, TOCAN, DIL, and C-mount LD modules can be performed using only the main unit. ・LD drive supports both ACC (constant LD drive current mode) and APC (constant LD optical output power mode). ・SOA is supported as an option, and APC drive is also supported by connecting an external monitor PD and optical coupler. ・TEC drive uses linear method. Achieves lower noise compared to PWM method. ・TEC control is PID control. -Equipped with LD, TEC current limit settings, PID gain, integral coefficient settings, and various alarm functions. - Internal modulation function allows modulation up to 1Hz to 1KHz (modulation depth: 5 to 90%, sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, sawtooth wave). - SMA terminal can be equipped as an option for external modulation. -Equipped with an LCD monitor, LD ON/OFF button, and rotary encoder for setting each parameter on the board for easy operation. - Equipped with interlock function. Power can be turned on/off using an external control signal. -Equipped with a connector compatible with deviceization (OEM, etc.), making it easy to integrate into devices. -Equipped with a USB port that can be controlled by an external PC.
