・Optical output power monitor display based on PD monitor current with built-in LD module
・External dimensions: only 100mm x 100mm
・Internal modulation function: (sine, rectangle, sawtooth, arbitrary wave (maximum 8 pulses)), 1Hz to 10KHz, modulation depth: 5 to 90%
◼︎Features
- Compatible with most manufacturers and LD types by replacing the included slave board. Current drive and temperature control for 14-pin butterfly package LD modules, TOCAN, DIL, and C-mount LD modules can be performed using only the main unit.
・The TEC module mounting option is ideal for driving LD modules that are not equipped with a TEC module or thermistor.
・LD drive supports both ACC (constant LD drive current mode) and APC (constant LD optical output power mode).
・SOA is supported as an option, and APC drive is also supported by connecting an external monitor PD and optical coupler.
・TEC control is PID control.
-Equipped with LD, TEC current limit settings, PID gain, integral coefficient settings, and various alarm functions.
- Internal modulation function allows modulation from 1Hz to 10KHz (modulation depth: 5 to 90%, sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, sawtooth wave, arbitrary wave (up to 8 pulses)).
- Equipped with SMA terminal for external modulation (DC ~ 100KHz).
・Trigger input function (Signal level: 0/5V, Modulation signal: Outputs one modulation signal at each rising edge for pulse waves and arbitrary waves, outputs the set current value until the next input pulse)
・Trigger output function (pulse width: 125us (sine wave, sawtooth wave, arbitrary wave), Duty50% (sine wave), pulse ratio (pulse wave))
-Equipped with an LCD monitor, LD ON/OFF button, and rotary encoder for setting each parameter on the board for easy operation.
