About This Product
FREEZER/MILL 6775 (small) and 6875 (large) are frozen and crushed with liquid nitrogen, so it is convenient for preparing resin, plastic, rubber, biological samples, etc. that are difficult to crush at room temperature. Put a sample in a polycarbonate tube and cool the whole container, so the sample does not directly touch the liquid nitrogen. Some examples are introduced in the literature for the dissolution and pre -processing of ICP analysis and DNA/RNA extraction pre -treatment.
In order to exercise only the impactor (crushing) in the container with a magnetic coil, there is less contamination due to blade spills found in crushing machines, and there is no need to worry about destroying the structure of the material tissue. In addition, the sample frozen crushing under liquid nitrogen can prevent material changes due to heat during crushing.
It is a compact desktop design that is easy to install and can be installed on the table. The controller part can be set with detailed conditions with a touch panel method, and you can remember the crushing conditions for each sample. A small sample crushing container, microvial, stainless steel container, CR free container, etc., so it can be used for various samples and crushing conditions.
