About This Product
■ Extract amount
It can be extracted with a short and small solvent. The minimum required solvent amount is 200 µL per DISK type, 100 µL per ROD type.
■ Selection of extract solvent
It can be used as an extraction solvent regardless of the type, such as dichloromethane, acetone, methanol, ethanol, and hexane. To increase the recovery rate, we recommend a mixed solvent with a high extraction, hexane: 1: 1, 1: 1.
■ Ultrasound irradiation
Ultrasonic irradiation is recommended when extracting. With ultrasonic irradiation for about 5 minutes, it can be extracted sufficiently. On the other hand, it is important to note that irradiation of ultrasonic waves for more than 5 minutes may decrease the recovery rate. When the vial is heated by ultrasound, the internal pressure rises due to the volatility of the solvent. It is dangerous to open it as it is, so after ultrasonic irradiation, cool the vial and then open the cap.
