About This Product
■Manage pressure data to stabilize welding quality. Portable digital pressure indicator
FG-500 is a small and lightweight pressure indicator that supports TEDS function (automatic sensitivity calibration function). Automatic calibration is performed when the power is turned on, so measurements can be taken immediately without inputting calibration values. This is a digital pressure indicator that is useful for adjusting the pressure force of the head such as resistance welding and pulse heat soldering, and for pre-start inspections.
Features
■Data display function
Displays the pressurized state in waveforms, bar graphs, and numerical values. The color LCD screen provides excellent visibility. You can check the judgment result of excess or insufficient pressure by changing the color.
■TEDS function (automatic sensitivity calibration function)
When the power is turned on, the pressure sensor information is read and calibration is completed automatically. There is no need to manually enter the rated output value, eliminating setting errors.
■Data collection function
800 sensor data can be saved in the main unit's memory. It is also possible to save 8 graphs.
■Multi-power supply compatible
You can choose between AA batteries or USB bus power.
