About This Product
■Visualize the welding process and improve joint quality
With a maximum sampling rate of 50kHz and a minimum energization time resolution of 0.02ms, it is also compatible with transistor type welding power sources. It also supports fusing by monitoring energization for up to 3 seconds.

■Welding monitor
Welding monitor function: Various monitor functions allow you to visualize the welding process.
・WAVE VIEW mode: Displays measurement results (waveforms) of up to 10 items such as current, voltage, power, resistance, displacement, and pressure.
・OPERATE VIEW mode: Displays measurement results (numeric values) of up to 10 items, including measured values, judgment results, and calculated values.
・RUN CHART mode: Select 2 items from the measurement data and display a 200-dot continuous graph (dots)
・HISTORY mode: Displays the history up to the latest 100 items

・Troidal coil 1x (COIL13): 0.50-20.00kA/1.00-100.00kA
・Troidal coil 10x (COIL12): 0.050-2.000kA
・Current sensor 10kA: 0.10-10.00kA, Current sensor 20kA: 0.50-20.00kA
■Pressure measurement range
0.00-10.00N (TJ/TJS-1A), 0.0-196.1N (TJ/TJS-20A/R), 0.0-980.7N (TJ/TJS-100A/R), 0-4903N (TJ/TJS-500A/ R), 0-9806N (TJ/TJS-1000A)
*Toroidal coil and AC power cable are sold separately.
*Optional board is required for displacement/pressure measurement. In addition, each external sensor is sold separately.
