・Dust-free room classification for each product upon request.
- For use with cable chains: Follow assembly guideline appendix T3.
■Configuration
- Extra-fine stranded bare copper wire (class 6).
・Insulator: PVC.
・Layer stranded wire for short wiring.
・Non-woven wrapping.
- Sheath: PVC, ash (similar to RAL7001).
