■ Overview
The RS series screw meter (helicometer) is a volume flow meter using a precision processed pair of helical rotor (rotors). Since it is a volume type, it is possible to measure the flow rate at high accuracy without being affected by the viscosity change of the passing fluid.
Due to the structural pressure loss, the pressure loss can be very low, and the number of output pulse detected by the proprietary preamp is possible to output up to 128 times. The high-temperature pickup sensor (-40 ~ +200 ° C) is also a new lineup, ideal for inspection of various functional parts and high viscosity applications.

■ Output characteristics
The specially designed GMR sensor detects the movement of the sensing gear rotating in conjunction with the movement of the two rotors in non -contact. You can select 10 types of coefficients (IPF/Inter volation factor) in the bridge circuit design. In the past, the resolution that could not be obtained in this type has been realized, and has also been supported for back -back output.
