Tin -plating is a type of electric plating, so that the product is immersed in the tin dissolved aqueous solution, and the external current makes the tin film attached. It has excellent density, soldiers, and antibacterial properties, and continues to be highly decorated, so it may be used for electronic components, tableware, buttons, Buddhist equipment and historical buildings. It is also known as the oldest plating that began about 4,000 years ago.
We handle shiny gloss and Hemikazawa tin plating, and we also have the largest large fully automatic line in East Japan. Because it is a double hanger type and large size tank, it can be used not only for hundreds of thousands of lots, but also for small lots from one, and can plate a long product of about 1,000 mm.
