About This Product
Alumite is a type of surface treatment method for aluminum material, which is the most popular among surface treatments for aluminum.
Aluminum oxidizes in the air and naturally forms an oxide film on the surface, but it is very thin as a few nanometers, and scratches and corrosion often reach aluminum, so the surface treatment of the aluminum product is artificially formed on the surface of aluminum products for the purpose of further improving corrosion resistance, improving strength, and granting insulating properties. The law (alumite = an anodide method) is generally adopted. In addition, during the process of processing, it can control the aesthetics to some extent, so you can increase your design.
We are also able to not only control the film thickness to fit within the tolerance, but also have an alumite with a colored process called color anodized (always developing 16 colors).
