･ The biggest advantage of handling implementation is that you do not need a fixed format data.
･ Whether it's a handwritten drawing or a manga picture, if the craftsman can understand, the form of the instructions does not matter.
･ Please consult with special implementation that is not possible with machine implementation.
■ About necessary data
･ Part table (required): Please use the format of our website as much as possible
･ Coordinates data (can be implemented without without): Use to accurately and quickly grasp the implementation position. If you cannot output with your CAD, you do not need to send it.
･ Metal mask data (can be implemented without any): Used to accurately and quickly grasp the implementation position of SMD parts. If you cannot output with your CAD, you do not need to send it.
･ Parts placement diagram: It is not required, but please send the parts placement diagram as much as possible. It is required if the implementation position and direction cannot be determined by silk printing. The format of the parts arrangement is free, but please use a diode cathode display, an IC/connector one pin, etc.
(If there is no parts arrangement diagram, please understand the implementation position of the parts and the direction of the implementation in the parts table, silk printing, etc.)
■ About the specifications of the printed circuit board
･ Baseboard size ･ Shape: If it is a size foundation that can be manufactured in a UNICRAF, there are no particular restrictions.
■ About parts that can be implemented
･ Parts minimum size: 1005 size
･ Parts shape: There are no particular restrictions, but it may not be possible to implement parts with extremely narrow pitch (less than 0.4 mm pitch) or special shapes.
･ Payment form: There are basically no restrictions such as reels, trays, roses, etc.
■ How to implement
･ Select the optimal implementation method from all means, such as hand -implementation (reflow) using dispenser (reflow), hand -implementation (reflow), and implementation in dip tanks, focusing on heddered mounting.
