About This Product
It achieves high-speed calculation and improved programmability, making it possible to use it under harsh conditions. We would like to introduce the "Thermal Mass Flow Meter" handled by Japan Flow Control Co., Ltd. Measures medium to high flow rate gases by taking advantage of the fact that the amount of heat removed by the flow from the heated sensor is correlated with the mass flow rate.
The internal sensor probe has both upper and lower ends fixed, so it can withstand sensor vibration due to high flow velocity and collisions with foreign objects such as slag. In addition, it is possible to measure 12 types of gas + mixed gas by switching.
